The day you have to worry about going to Solihull is the day to knock it on the head

I take it the match isn’t very interesting :joy::joy:

Poor first half overall saying that we would be 3 up if DJ was playing.

I think Matt got his first touch on 30 minures, and his second on 45. Oteh totally outshining him.

Had a couple of chances but poor finishing from Hutch and Gordon.

Hussey always looks to have a mistake in him, but his dead ball delivery is very good (if only we had someone able to get on the end of one …).

How is the Stirk/McEntee partnership looking ?

Will be saying that in match threads a few times this season I suspect.

Matt’s legs have gone.

Williams 2.0.

Poor.
Riley, Matt and McEntee offer very little.
After a promusing game at Leamington, Farquar is aiso disappointing.
Oteh ok.
Hutch a class above

Typical pre-season fayre, that said we’ve been much the better side. Matt looks a shade disappointing, Oteh a real livewire. Saddlers fans in good voice.

Another poor first half.

Positives: Hutchison looking good, some promise from Oteh, Hussey’s dead balls effective, Stirk could be useful.

Negatives: Matt looks unfit and uninterested, Riley and McEntee both poor again, not convinced about Farquharson.

Draper on for Oteh at the start of 2nd half

Interesting choice. From the reports, you’d have thought Draper may have come on for Matt and see how he does playing alongside Oteh.

Draper looks like a real talent

Matt needs to get some minutes let’s be honest he’s been very poor since he signed I remember tranmere wanting to sign him in January and their fans saying what a great signing he was for us :joy::joy:
