A player I’d have easily released
A striker not long ago I’d have classes as effective as Sam Parkin and ryan Jarvis and about as fit as Tomlin
To being a vital cog , an important starter and influential in attack and defensive . A key player in our rise to the top and captain leading by example
Never seen many players turn it around at a club like him and am delighted he has!
Well done jamma for proving me and others so very very wrong !
His experience and link up play with Lowe is vital
A very fair post from you and it is spot on. The difference he made today when he came on was clear for all to see.
Outstanding post, said it before but once we all come together as a club it builds momentum. Still a few Sadler sceptics and the same with Jamma…
Should we go on a bad run and the same old dogmas get run out again. But this has been the definition of progress… Across the whole WFC set up.
Been superb this season!! Shown again in the second half what a big player he is to us
Maybe he took a little time but, my goodness, he’s proving his worth to us now. Fits “the plan” so well and is a very important part of our recent success. It’s no coincidence that he has been involved in more than one promotion team.
Perhaps it’s also a shout out for our coaching, fitness and physiotherapy teams?
This season he’s been a revelation. I think he will be invaluable as a member of the coaching staff when he decides to retire , which hopefully won’t be just yet.
Immense today and having a brilliant season……
Nightmare to defend against and refs have to be on the money as he’s undoubtedly the most fouled player I’ve seen in years!
Great stuff Jamma - keep it up
Different class this season. S&C work has got him in tip top condition. A credit to himself and the club
Hands up I didn’t see this turn around coming. I love Jamma, and his effort, but I just didn’t see him adding the goals required to be a striker at this level, any more. He has, and retained the other attributes that contribute to the team.
Excellent season so far.
He’s probably playing some of the best football of his career
I was on the edge with him last season, wanted to see him when he was properly fit.
By god, the work he gets through. Chips in with important goals and buries himself for Lowe when they’re on together.
It wasn’t so long ago that Jamma was coming on as a sub to people booing him (or the decision).
He stuck at it worked his socks off at both ends of the pitch and I would be amazed if there’s anyone who doesn’t now consider him to be vital to this team.
His leadership, his commitment and desire to sacrifice himself for the team is there for all to see.
The man is a monster (in the nicest sense).
Thank God he understood that literally nobody was booing him specifically.
