The Bonser Suite Renaming

OK Harlequin. All luck wasn’t it. No commercial accument, no shrewd managerial appointments, no desire to not accept lower 4th div football.

Really?

Oh, plenty of ‘commercial acumen’ in setting up his nest egg and then ensuring he kept the host tickety boo whilst he fed off it.

Stop ruining another thread. We’re talking about legends, not leeches here.

Yeah making himself Rich whilst at the same time giving the fans some fantastic memories and maintaing us as a League 1 (or higher) club

Ill be very happy if Trivela can do the same

Somehow I doubt it

He got us relegated to League 2, twice.

He could have done exactly the same without leeching millions out of the club.

Yeah first time took us straight back as champions and the second time he had completely disengaged by that stage

So a questionable statement

I’d love to have 3 from different eras though
Not all people 30 and under can’t relate to
Alsop Buckley etc are all before mien and alot of our time so I hope for a nice mix
Something like alsop Graydon leitao/ince/Bradshaw etc
I’ve voted Leitao Walker Graydon

I’m gonna sneak in Leahy and vote over and over again

I can’t see the Joe Broad option anywhere

If Danny Johnson had stayed and banged in 30 + goals and continued in the same vein then id call one of them DJ Fridays

Him and others of his ilk should have a designated space called The Mush Room.

How about one being called O’Kelly’s ? it would make our new Irish brothers feel welcome

Forget DJ, when we have future legend DJT!

I know in my heart whatever the result of the ballot and there are many generations of fans on here with alternative views we we all be united and as one in the final decision because that’s the UTS way .

Almost got your wish Killer, at least that applies to the other ones and nice it will be left to the fans (vote) as to their names.

People who are old enough to remember Tony Richards (I’m one) will have lots of wonderful memories of him.
I can’t remember the year but I think it was against Bournemouth when he scored a penalty and due to an injury went in goal and saved one as well. I wonder how many players can say they achieved that in their career.

For the 3 suites I’d go:

Jimmy Walker - Most appearances
Alan Buckley - Top goal scorer
Ray Graydon - 2 promotions

Decent choice. I guess, in the Jimmy Walker suite, you can drink to excess and act the fool, whereas in the Sir Ray Graydon suite, you can have one drink and then some self discipline is required?
