The transfer situation is even more boring than last summer at this time……and that’s saying something!!
That’s a bit harsh imho. I’ve not met him personally, but reading his posts he does across as a nice man who has a lot of passion for the club we all (well, some of us) love.

How true don’t know, but Morecambe forum states they have 8 medicals booked but no news of any signings, or clues as to who, but won’t expect too much there, club is on its derrière reading the goings on there…
You can almost hear this thread begging for an actual transfer rumour.

There can often be so much that needs to be done for a signing to actually be over the line.
Player, agent, lawyers, club secretaries preparing the proper work, media man…….this all needs to be co-ordinated and if at the same time you have 3 players going out and 5 coming in not only is there a manpower issue there’s both clubs to consider in terms of making a simultaneous announcement.
There’s also the nature of the media team whereby they don’t want to get everything into the news at the same time….with no games on they have a duty to stagger the release of all information to maintain regular hits to their social sites.
