The Official Summer No Transfer Rumours Thread 2024/25

100% or maybe even a pay as you play deal alongside coaching

The problem with that is you are bringing on a player who is as slow as the tired legs are when he is fresh. I do think he gives us something different, in other words an aerial threat from set pieces, but that isn’t enough to make up for the shortfalls in his game anymore. 6 goals in 40 appearances tells it’s own story. If DJs a problem for his lack of movement and therefore not worth his goal return, I don’t know what that makes Matt.

Wonder if there’s any chance of getting Matt, Grade 3 Listed then the national trust could pay his wages .we could wheel him out for the last few minutes in games .might also increase the gate offer a discount for National. Trust members .

Do you reckon there will be a big build up? A promotional video and all sorts?

Or even two of them.

I don’t think we will. My guess would be Gordon with the other two released.

If you think about it Drogheda are effectively a scout in the Irish League for Walsall.

As they play other teams they will identify and report back on any players that have potential such as someone like Draper that may not sign for them but may be interested in a Walsall move.

Peterborough have had a bid rejected for Chris Conn-Clarke…

@Walsall Fan TV (the joy and the pain) will be heartbroken.

As will Linda Lusardi

More chance of platting fog than getting him here never a realistic one.

Mentioned him the other day and just saw these videos posted on twitter, if we’re after a RWB, Callum Johnson would be brilliant.

Nadesan is one that may appeal to Sadler hard working striker but can chip in with a few goals

Afew? Scored only twice this season, tbf though he’s prolific conpaired to Flashless and DJT
