The Bankâs Mild was superb in the Bloxwich Memorial late 70s/early 80s when Jeff & Jess Headley were Steward & Stewardess. Pure nectar as were most his draught beers in the cellar. His Highgate Mild was good but not as good as Sam Wilkeâs in the Welly on Church Hill

If there one thing that unites us on here itâs when a player goes .really strange that .Dave heâs shite .good riddance ,dave is great get a good fee for him well done walsall .
Will need a least a season to bed in a show potential before we can even think of flogging most of them .lets just enjoy being part of that experience.its those moments you know .

If he does go, and we do get a fee for him it shows in part that the recruitment plan is working. That would be Tayls, Osh and Dave all off to clubs higher up the pyramid, ( Liam too albeit on a free).
When did that last happen?

Looks like they didnât feel the need to excite us with a pre forum signature signing then or did I miss it .bit like a big fight boxing match this forum ,weigh in preliminaries egg throwing .the actual event probably all over round 1 boring.
Like I said on another thread, or maybe this one, I donât think they are that smart. I genuinely get the feeling they donât understand what all the fuss is about.
Anyway, if big Dave is off, whatever anyone thinks about him, we are going to be short in defence and are still really short in midfield as far as I am concerned. Season is coming around quickly now (unfortunately)

This is probably a wind up, but beating a part time team 4-0 isnât really relevant, most of them probably come straight from work.
Nice that we won and the strikers scored but it doesnât really give any indication where we are at.
I donât really expect anything from Walsall, and that is probably the best way.

He played for Stoke against the Sloppies this afternoon.
No chance based on Professor Pomlett tonight.
Think thatâs the positions weâll go for quality over the next week or two.
They aluded to not getting the midfielder signings right in January and itâs one position weâve yet to sign, so that tells me theyâre waiting out for better.
I hope so anyway
