We have had some really good goalkeeper loans over many years. Dean Smith picked up a few gems. Until we find the next Jimmy Walker this will be an option we have to utilise

Sam Johnstone went on to play for England didn’t he? I think Karl Darlow was also called up but not sure if he played, both very good keepers.

Who were the other two we had that season. We had 4 loans that year. Sure one was aaron mcsomething from wolves

He didnt have a perm goalkeeper until O Donnell lol after Jimmy left. I think Grof was on the books but he couldnt keep his nose out the bottle.
Ian Mcloughlin signed no one knew who he was at the game

Mcloughlin was really good tbf, thought all 4 were. Didnt mccarey punch his own player in an irish game
