The un-Official Winter Transfer Rumour Thread

Wouldn’t want to lose either of those. Earring’s season has been very stop start (again) but if we can get him firing again, then he is class and an ideal replacement to bring on for Laikin or Jellis. Likewise for Comley, but he is needed to cover Stirk.

Would not want to see any midfielder leave unless we are brining in at least a couple of proven replacements, seeing as we no longer have Hall or RAM

Same, but if it was one of those going, I’d go for Comley.

But only if a better holding midfielder comes in.

With Mcentee back let alone RAM.

One of Mcentee Earing Comley could easily go away for a month or so and get proper competitive football. Fact is they’d walk in to a lot of L2 teams and do so.

The ideal place would be Tamworth as they could still train full time with us.

Do month loans exist anymore in the EFL?
would imagine any loan out would be for the rest of the season.

Possibly, would prefer freddie but lets see.

Have to keep both around in case of injuries imo.

It will be Maher I’m fairly sure, give him some league experience now and see how he does.

I agree, but like someone else mentioned I’m not sure on the loan rules. If a 1 or 2 month loan can be recalled at short notice then it would work in our interest to make sure some of these back ups who may only get 90 in the Paint Pot Cup which is now getting serious get some cutting edge game time

I’m not sure if RAM is still eligible for a youth loan? Does that change anything in terms of recalling them?

Thomas is on loan at Redditch

No chance McEntee goes

No way is McEntee going.

RAM is the most likely.

Earing and Comely remote possibilities. Comely has to play in a mask though, and Earing’s got some injury issues too. Can see the club wanting to take care of both of these players themselves. RAM could really do well out of some regular league two action.

Can only be Coms imo

Mcentee is a mayor part of our squad
and can be depended on to give his all.
He ain’t going nowhere.

I don’t believe it based on his reaction against Notts County and he could be in league 1 in a few months anyway.

he’s looking for a league 1 contract with us, and i’m sure it will be offered.

His latest comments show that he’s fine here, don’t think he’ll leave in this window.

Surprised as everyone else about this as I can’t see anyone who would let go apart from Thomas and he’s too inexperienced for them.

If you’d said DJ or Rico Browne then I’d probably understand.

Yes, it was Otta in Spain than in Walsall!
