I’m trying to get a ticket online. I am logged into the main WFC site.
When I get to the checkout buying a ticket for the seat I’ve selected, it asks for my log in details (but I’m already logged in??)
So, does that mean there is a separate log in / account for the online ticketing part to the normal club website?
Tried to log in with those details, it says an error with username or password - so pressed reset password option but never sends me an email to reset it (despite them having my email address and sending me mailouts!)
Tried to register, incase it was the case that I had to have a different registration for e-ticketing (I always just phone up normally) to the club website log in, but it says they already have an account with those details!
Think I’m going to. In the end I got a password reset email and it was addressed to my brother!
Tried the reset email again and still got an email which was addressed to him (but using my email address?!?) which he had no idea about when I just spoke to him!
So this time I actually went through with the reset and it logged me in. Chose the ticket I wanted and through checkout but it has him as the member with his membership number?!
I hate technology!!
Yeah, cheers mate, managed to quickly phone up in between administering two SATs papers this morning (!) and sorted one, the same one I was trying to book online last night, luckily.
Sat down the other end behind the goal for a change, which will be nice.
Looking forward to a near sell out, great atmosphere and celebrating us on the road to Wembley (hopefully!) - if last night’s scenes at Sunderland are anything to go by, it could be ace!
UTS!!
