I’ve just said to my mate, Crewe absolutely pissed around with a free kick on the side of our box, teams at this level haven’t got much quality to be doing that. Put it in the box aimed at your best player in the air.

Matts been okay this half, held the ball up well. We know he isn’t mobile but he has used his experience well, nice to see him score as well. We can question his legs but not his effort.

Jellis is struggling to complete even basic passes and yet he still keeps attempting to thread balls through multiple opposition players. Needs hooking for his own good.
Jamma’s had a good game even prior to the goal. Ref is letting their players get away with the shirt tugging and climbing over him though. That free kick at the end I think was the first one Jamma got.
Ok, that was … average half, but one set piece decide it for now. Who will return more energized after halftime snacks, will probably win it.

Matt slows us down so much in attack his not a good target man either any more ( a tap on from flints towering header changes nothing )
