So far, so good. Except maybe allowing for too much in our own defence, but it is a similar problem for most teams from this league. The rest is good enough to win it.

Knowles doing everything I suggested he might as a wing back.
We’re far more a threat going forwards than previously.
The goal has some good fortune but why has nobody mentioned the 60yd ball by Hutchinson to counter and Williams sublime touch to bring it down and inside.
The finish was a great finish by a natural finisher.

Fortunate to be leading.
Mansfield playing around us and look threatening.
3 centre backs doing well. Elsewhere lots of effort but unable to hold onto the ball.
The defensive changes have unsettled the side, even though credit has to be given to Mansfield, who are a good team. Knowles is great going forward, but his defensive contribution isn’t anywhere near as good as Bennett. I thought the two up front have done OK, and DJT does look like a guy that can finish, given the opportunity. That was a decent finish, as was the one against Carlisle.
I expect Flynn might tighten it up a bit second half, but reckon we will need another to win this.
I think probably at least 100 people have said similar so
I’d switch Hutchinson and Maddox.

Mcentee will be nowhere near match fit like wilko.

It’ll take him a few games to get match fit. Daniels, Monthe and White have been very good as a team and it’s clear today that taking two regulars out of the defence has caused a problem, hopefully temporary.

I don’t think he has done too bad, but he looks very slow to react to situations, I think his distribution has been fairly accurate to be fair.
