He has just made mistake after mistake this half so far.
I like Lakin for his endeavour, effort and commitment, but he does look poor, not even a L2 footballer, at times.

You’ll never convince me that a midfield 3 of Comley-Lakin-Jellis would of ever gotten us anywhere near promotion.

Offer them all contract extensions.
Stanway was very good at our place earlier in the season . I would certainly try and sign him.

I thought Harrogate were bad, but these are another level.
We have Pattison but agree we need 2 more. Of course we have Holman and the lad at Drogheda on the books but we need a couple of experienced operators.

Unfortunately I can’t get over last season.
Whilst Byfields time in charge has been “patchy” to say the least, had Trivela had the balls to pot Sadler at the same point they did this season and we’d have achieved the same results as Byfield has then todays result would have seen us promoted with a game to spare.
That’s the magnitude of last season’s mess. That’s the depth of Sadler’s intransigence and that’s the scale of Trivela’s incompetence.
Doubt I’ll ever get over it to be honest.
