Cautionary tale from Wembley this afternoon - mate of a mate is a big Sunderland fan. Flew all the way back from where he now lives in Thailand to go to the match today. Got kicked out when they equalised for setting a flare off, missed the winner. Unreal

I see that tickets are still be snapped up. It seems that the waverers are jumping aboard.
A lot of price band 1 tickets have been sold in block 122 this afternoon - near the half-way line opposite the Royal box. I wonder if we have some Wombles joining us? All they have left on their site is handful of lousy ones up in the gods

I donāt understand why theyāre stopping selling the tickets at midnight? Surely as itās all automated it could be left open until at least midnight on Sunday, if not longer?

Probably something to do with stadium management knowing how many stewards theyāll need to get in on Monday?
Shade over 16k is the final number so Iām told. Our audience will be absolutely rocking on Monday afternoon, the undercroft pre-match certainty will be.
Someone from the club on their own X feed said 16,700 earlier today so Iāll be surprised if itās not a shade over 17k.

There we have it then! 17k give or take a couple hundred. Who cares though? Like others have said, Iād much rather the majority in our end fans and people with a genuine interest in us. And not just day trippers taking the mick.
Wear as much red as possible, your lucky underwear, scarf, socks, whatever! A sea of red behind that goal will be amazing.
Wimbledon taking 10k more is expected but they will soon be silenced if we can play to our potential and rise to the occasion.
I canāt wait for tomorrow, letās be loud and proud as Iām sure we will be. And be prepared to sing a few more verses of our songs as usual to make sure the other 16k in various areas have a chance to join in and create a decent atmosphere! None of this singing songs at 100mph like in the lower, itās hard enough to get in sync with the upper tier, let alone Wembley
Sing each word like we mean it and letās bring home some silverware to sit pretty next to the champions of Trinidad Trophy
