Ull be the only happy one in here when we miss out. Uve probably got all your posts pre-wrote.
Its a weird way to live bud.

Lakin tries hard, but end product has been lacking (like a few tbh), he is better at pressure higher up the pitch and positionally think he gets in the right spots more than others.
Agree that chang can replace stirk and we can have him as the holding and free up 2 cm for pressing higher up.
Just hope we play to win and not try and nick a goal from a hoof up the pitch.
Pass the ball and press smart.
Lakin is a bit slow. When he makes good runs, he is easily caught and dispossessed. Hall adds pace,
Of the players we have available, I would go with Hall, Chang and Jellis as the three. Had Hall and Earing not both been injured, we would not have had to worry about these last two games. Ryan and Albert can be subs.
Up front, I’d start with Levi and Jamma. I am not keen on Harrison and would prefer DJ or even Josh on the bench to add something different.
Wing backs - perm 2 from 3, all OK,
Centre backs: my preferred 3 would be Oisin, Harry and Taylor, the latter presumably announced as POTS.
Perhaps we could start a rumour that Taylor Allen was named after Colin Taylor
Ive given up predicting. It could be anything.

Last home game of the season (excluding the play offs) so lets make it count.
The one constant this season have been the support from our wonderful fans, the club needs to repay them back with victories on Saturday and against Crewe next week.
We are way overdue for a win or two, anything less will be curtains.
It’s a MUST win, we have to be aggressive and start off strong nothing else will do.
I hope the lads are up for it, if they’re not, God help us in the playoffs!

Is the Bradford game being shown in the Locker?
If it isn’t by 12:29, I’ll ask them to change it
Don’t know why, but I think we will win this game. I just hope we try and play in the same vein (and have a full week on the training ground with it).
I think it’s going to come down to us getting something at Crewe… having two sides of the ground will boost that massively for me. Especially as we will make loads of noise.
Let’s just hope we can do it, reset and have an inquest into how we move forward in the summer.
I think it is just because you want it so bad. Your logical mind is probably telling you differently.
The last thing I/we want is to go to Crewe with no hope at all.
Flight booked and I’ll be there for the 3rd time this season (we won the other 2).
In my dreams, Doncaster will beat Bradford, Vale will lose and we win. Then we’ll need a point at Crewe.
The nightmare is Bradford win, Vale win and we lose, and the other 3 are promoted on Saturday.
Whatever happens in the 12:30 matches, we’ll know at kick off what we have to do to take it to the final game.
See you all on Saturday.
Let’s hope so Thanny. If we can get a win after so many games without i think it will give the players a big confidence boost going on to the Cewe game.
It surely is only a matter of time til we get a win, and there are signs of improving performances recently, albeit we still have some fragility.
MS needs to go for it in his selection and use of subs. 1-0 or 2-0 by half time would help calm some nerves.
I’m not so sure about that really. We terrible at Barrow, apart from the first and last ten minutes v Harrogate. Newport was a bit easier on the eye but I never felt we were going to win it (apart from when the disallowed goal went in)
You can point to loads of games where were played “okay” but since Cheltenham I don’t remember one where I ever felt we were going to win.
Football is a funny game though, I’m not writing anything off. I’ll be willing them on with everything I’ve got, but the belief has gone from me now. I agree, if we could win it then who knows at Crewe. I’d rather have any chance than none at all.
Not arguing about the decision as it was the right one against newport but seemed to lift everyone for 30 seconds at least amazing scenes.
But maybe just maybe although it was disappointing to be ruled out could be a bit of a moment for the team to spur them on as to what can be achieved .UTS
I can’t say going ahead would really calm my nerves based on recent experience
1-1
Either we score first and get nervous. Defensive error. The remainder of the time wasted in punted long balls and hit and hope long shots. None of which go in because we’re not pushing up.
OR they score first and we get nervous. The remainder of the time wasted in punted long balls and hit and hope long shots. One of which goes in because we’re pushing up.
Either way, a score draw. Bunch of punts.
It’s so long since we won, it’s hard to imagine us doing so.
But wouldn’t it be great to sign off with 2 solid victories?
I just hope we only need a point at Crewe. On the other hand, if we do need a point i just hope Sadler doesn’t sit back and go for the draw
I’ve recorded this for posterity as I don’t believe you have forecast a win for us before.
You really should try to keep this up as it’s good for the soul.
Nerves are starting to kick in now, to think by 5pm tomorrow we could be in a situation where we just need to avoid defeat next week for automatic promotion, something we’ve only done once in the previous 26 years and just the six times (i think that’s correct) in our existence and something I’ve never experienced properly as a fan before, is just crazy to me.
One of Bradford/Vale losing in the early kick off i feel will give everyone abit more of a boost.
I really, really hope we do it.
