That’s a good signing. Adding to the weak area of midfield while having the potential for real quality.

Welcome Alfie …hope you enjoy your time here and contribute to our promotion push.

I don’t really understand this signing, but welcome Alfie. Lots of good games.

I understand it he’s cheap what are we doing? I hope there’s more to come today and not kids on loan please.

Change Fail !!!

Hopefully it means that McEntee will be a defender if this lad plays.

Good luck Alfie - you might need it !!

Can’t see him starting many games so it’s a win win for us and blues. Cover in midfield for us and coming on later on in games and he builds his match fitness after injury for them.

It may be we want to have a look at him over the next few months with a view to a permanent deal if we feel he has potential. Blues are likely to go up so he may be surplus to requirements, as may Hall. They could both develop here.

My concern with a lot of these signings is none of them will be either fit or pushing for a first team place.

Amantchi will be back up for Matt, I assume.

Wheatley looks way off it.

Asiimwe backup for Barrett.

Chang backup for Stirk and Comley, also not fit.

We’re bulking out the squad, but not improving the first XI

He’s obviously had to deal with adversity in his fledgling career so far but he’s here so welcome Alfie and the best of luck.

which is fine if we were mid table with not much to play for we need to strengthen.

Blues fans saying he’s Championship quality

Maybe he’s another one our fans shouldn’t write off before seeing him play for us first

Wonder if, bearing in mind Sadler’s Bluenose connections, we might be able to cadge Lukas Jutkiewicz on loan for 6 months with an option to buy. His contract @ the Blues ends in June 25

Only started 7 league games this season for the Blues

Would be perfect cover for Jamma but he is 35 y/o but very experienced

Lets hope they’re building up to the more marquee signings this evening.

I wouldn’t be at all surprised. He’d be absolutely ideal, and his contract situation, locality fits the bill.

he has potential but hasnt played a run of games in 18 months due to a acl injury, will take him weeks to get up to speed,

I think Wheatley will be a different player when he does not have to do the hold up work. And we need to bulk the squad with so many injuries.
