After a dream start to the season it seemed as though this was it, our time had finally arrived and we were about to escape this league at long last.
Obviously there’s massive frustration among us now as the promotion we had been hoping for is looking less and less likely with each passing game.
The saddest thing about our current situation is how after being together as fans and players the atmosphere is becoming strained and to see players and supporters having a go at each other is very sad.
I’m not trying to defend that shambles today but it’s just such a shame that we find ourselves in this mess.

We need a miracle because i just dont see where the next win is coming from the scenes at the end showed how much we needed to win today.
Jamie Jellis should be kicked out the club if he can’t understand the fans frustrations after making 6 hour round trip to watch that shower of shite. To stand there and give it the big un is a joke.

It depends what you mean by hoof ball. I liked the way we played until recently. High energy and aggressive. Use of the long ball to get us up the pitch was effective. We then played some lovely stuff …exchanging passes especially between the wing backs and the inside midfielders creating chances. We are still the top scorers in the league so what has happened.? . As the bad run has continued the players confidence has gone and the long balls have simply become hoofs and even if the ball is good the passes have become hurried and we have stopped creating chances as we did earlier in the season. MS has a big job to get that confidence back. I doubt he can do it.
Bloody hell, we are in serious poo poo if walsallone has lost his faith in Sadler the messiah.

I have never had faith in any manager. I think however he deserved a good run at the job and some of the matches pre Christmas were some of the best for years.I think some folk have forgotten what a great season we were having however the second half last week and the none performance today made me realise how this bad run has affected the player’s confidence. They are mainly young and inexperienced but they need help to get us over the line . I doubt MS can do that…having said that as I have said elsewhere I am not sure who we could get in at this late stage of the season.
I’m looking at this and thinking we have a set of players who are reasonably unscathed from the last few weeks of non-performances…

I agree with you it worked it hitting the ball up to Matt but in the first half of the season the midfield would of been pushing up and picking up the next ball but I’m probably not talking rationally I’m just upset and had enough now.I’m taking friends on Friday I feel like giving them their money back and stay at home instead of watching the embarrassment we are at the moment. This is the first time this season I’ve been negative I just can’t see a way out at the moment
