That will be the case. Fans bought tickets due to an air of optimism and aim of promotion from both Chairman and manager. In an ever tighter financial world, I for one can’t commit to throwing in a few hundred quid out of guilt and delusion.

You say that like staying in the league, is some form of achievement. We may stay up comfortably but where next?
I don’t mean it to sound like an achievement, Scooby. It’s just that I’m not getting too down about it all. I don’t think that we will go down this season because there are, in my opinion at least 2 teams that will finish with fewer points.
Going forward? Don’t know, but not confident as it’ll be back to starting from scratch again in August, but with less money than last time.
