Important three points. Injuries haven’t put a mark on the final score. Now only report from the physio room and to the next game. It was important to beat them, just for a calm of mind effect.

Walsall easily the better side and their goal followed a series of miskicks by both sides.
I am not sure why Gordon (L) stayed on for the 2nd half as not only did it risk injury but it stopped us bringing on Hall and Cleary. He would not have played the next match anyway but we don’t want him out for any period.
We do look a strong team though. But with 3 centre backs injured already, we need a bit of luck with the next few games.
Absolutely, didn’t think Flynn really capitalised either considering but I thought we outran them and should have been a comfortable win. I think once I’ve slept on it after a hard watch I think that was a really impressive three points. A lot of good performances out there considering the circumstances too
