Before today, when did we last score with a shot from outside the box?

Anyone else does it they have to leave the pitch, the keeper doesn’t and there’s nothing anyone can do other than add it on at the end.

Allen’s free kick against Wimbledon

The number of tickets that have shifted since full time is quite something. The Poundland will be sold out tomorrow, followed by large parts of the OAP.

I think the phone lines will be jammed

I talked about keeping shots low, on here only a few days ago.

Someone from the club probably read it. So I am taking part credit for that goal!

Only joking, congratulations Alfie Chang.

Loving the new Asiimwe song too! Was great singing that in the sun whilst winning. Happy days.

I don’t look good on camera! My boys do though.

I said to them before the game, these aren’t the days we expected but they are still your days, we are here now, may as well give it our all. Both of them have lost their voices. I am sure they will be back before Friday.

Chuffed to bits for them. I even got a big hug from our James at full time, which is a very rare thing. I wish my Dad could see them, he would be so proud of them.

I hope we can see it through for them. It could be a night to remember for them on Friday.

Due to the fact that I’m more intelligent than the average bear, I logged on to the ticket site 10 minutes from the end of the game and secured a seat in block 1 of the lower, thus avoiding the inevitable scrum :smiling_face_with_sunglasses:

To quote Mr Jellis “that’s what I’m talking about, never write us off”.

Their Manager’s comment about our fans is either an weak obvious ploy to try and divide the players and the fans because he knows our togetherness is a strength or he just hasn’t been paying attention to just how much the fans have stuck with the players during all the matches saving any critism for the usual after match debates you get anywhere.

Job not done yet though, now go and finish it you glorious b@$#£&$.

I think that proves that you are more intelligent than bears that have much higher intelligence than their peer group.

I think it suggests Paul Cook probably talks to players and reads social media posts and forums..

Its all over twitter and Facebook with other fan bases calling us out for negativity. Messaging from the club has been about togetherness, which wouldn’t be necessary if we were already together.

I think it’s daft to think fans would be all smiles and rainbows after the last few months and the reaction post Accrington wasn’t even that bad. (except the prick who started abusing Sadlers family)

Maybe the division between players, manager and fans can be healed and Sadler may well save his job. He was pushing all the players to the away end today and has again been full of praise for our fan base.

Does anyone know anything about Chang’s injury? Hopefully nothing too serious

It looked like an injury to me but post match Sadler said everyone was fine just some cramping up :man_shrugging:t2:

Definitely briefly held his hamstring before sitting down but was moving OK after the game. Hopefully just a precautionary sub :crossed_fingers:
