Colchester (H) - League Two - Sat 28 September, 12.30pm

On the BBC site, there is no assist for Barrett for Albert’s goal. I hope that error is rectified.

Dead right. Williams so calm.

Surely that’s just part and parcel of the banter between fans.

Looking at those highlights the 4th goal pass from Albert to Lowe he must have moved pretty rapid ( Lowe ) to stay on side .can’t really tell from those pictures and angle .

Great to watch the run of Adomah after he had put Lowe away for that 4th goal, he made some ground up, he was trying to get level with Lowe for the return pass!

Fantastic win. I think we can now start to believe that promotion is a realistic prospect. UTS

Yes when he bought Albert on upfront I though oh no .hes wasted pressing and chasing .but I was glad to see him drop off and play the delicious passes he does he’s made for Lowe who’s got great positional awareness.can see this duo being really great for us two very intelligent players who will get better the more they play together .the master and the apprentice.

Enjoyed the early kick off as I’m back home nice and early.

But not as much as I enjoyed our second half.

First half I thought we were very careless with the ball. The amount of misplaced passes was shocking. Even then, they didn’t look like they’d hurt us. To go in 1-0 was a bonus but what a fantastic goal it was.

Then, like at Salford and like on Tuesday we find another gear in the second half and can make substitutions that can make us better.

Absolute credit to all the players and management and fans who are digging deep into their pockets with all these games.

And finally, Connor Barrett is a real talent. A huge asset. So glad we tied him down for three years. Great business.

I do think you have a valid point I don’t want Adomah starting and Earing is a class player to bring of the bench
