Desperate stuff especially in the last 30 minutes when we should have been the stronger team. We were so desperate for some creativity he had to bring Earing on to help in that . We had bad luck with the disallowed goal and in the first half we put in some good crosses but the second half was very poor.
I doubt Notts County will thrash us as our best players were the 3 centre backs and I thought Farqueharson was excellent but I cannot see us scoring unless our creative players can play better. Hutchinson in particular was disappointing.
Those two comments were deafening, we will absolutely get relegated unless someone in the boardroom gets a backbone and makes changes…AGAIN!!!
Apparently Daniels at the end telling all the players not to go over to the fans.
That is so, so poor.
The same fans that have gone through thick and thin with this club and couldn’t even get a applause for travelling to a game after what happend on Saturday
After 15-20 years I gave my ST away last week and was going to not bother with this but, as you do, thought I’d watch seeing as it was on telly.
Absolute waste of time. Truly embarrassing performance from a shit team. Why did I bother.
Imagine the s**t we’ll get if we lose this!!.. anyway I’m going for an all out attack 0-0. See you all at bescot
The only thing i got wrong earlier was the crap we’d get if we lose…utter crap excuse for football
I thought he stood up well to the aerial bombardment, gave away a clumsy FK right at the end, only blot on his copybook.
That’s wild if true
Which 3 Centre backs? As we had 4 centre halves making up our outfield 10 players against a tier 6 side
Ffs
Probably sensible given the strength of feeling.
Is that true DD told the team not to go over to the fans our club captain ?
That really was appalling and demonstrated that this collection of “players” will take us into non league.
Passing = awful
Tactics = no fricking idea
Composure = none
At least Alfreton had an identity and you could see how they wanted to play.
McEntee - shocking. Is not a midfielder
Draper - very poor. All he does is use his body to give away fouls.
Hutch - selfish and just not good enough.
Knowles - non league
Daniels - poor on the ball
The only positives really were Farq, Smith and Earing.
Sadler has to go.
I’ve stuck by Sadler and really wanted to give him as long as possible and get to the January window to give him an opportunity to right a few wrongs.
I have tried, but 6 points off relegation and failing to beat a side in the same league as Rushall is just too worrying to ignore. His time is up, we can’t risk crawling to January and being in an even worse position.
Tonight was the chance to get a bit of positivity and confidence back into this side, he failed.
He should be sacked tomorrow morning.
The thing that “Trivela” dont understand is that we are a fragile football club. One on an almost unerring downward trajectory many years in the making that has us circling the inevitable descent down the non–league plughole. Buying into the bullshit of the remnants of Bonser’s board and their executives was a huge mistake, appointing Sadler openly invited catastrophe, and now the negative momentum of that invitation is starting to take hold. On the confidence of players, the already drained to the core “well” of goodwill from the support base, and anything positive that they might have rightly expected as an alleged “new broom”.
The big problem is now, they need to realise and understand all of that and make serious moves to put it right in a matter of weeks, when they have failed to do so in a matter of 18 months. That’s a big ask, its possible, but they need to do some serious firing and hiring. Babby faced Boycott could do worse than telling his folks he will be spending the next two months in Blighty, cos he’s got some shit to sort out.
Knowles had spells… At least he gives a toss.
Priest looks like some player though when fit, love the guy
Unsure whether to admire anyone who spends good money to watch the replay or question their sanity. If Sadler hasn’t gone by then it would be a quite a visual demonstration if stands were empty
Keown saw against Barrow 2 weeks ago he should not have to watch us twice in 2 weeks that very unfair by the BBC .
He’s big time now. Well at least on a beautiful Caribbean island (with a population of 4,000 (one third the population of Rushall)!
Great achievement.
The real concern is the players you have highlighted I think are good players but all seem to have got worse through the season so far, lacking confidence is one thing but despite that they all appear worse players.
I’ve got to be honest, I thought Daniels was all over the place and hasn’t been right for some time now. He has some credit in the bank for past performances but hasn’t been at the high standards he set since we went to a back 4.
Either way, another piss poor team performance and another game without a goal.
