Happy to see him return. Lots of potential, worth a shot on a cheap wage and not as the main man

Rubbish. We need better.

Sadler obviously sees some potential in him. Time will tell

Is it a permanent signing? If so, a great bit of business. The lad clearly has potential and seemingly had a confidence about himself which could see the potential realised. Having been released from Stoke, this is his chance to show whether he can do it or not and, having had some experience last season, he ought to be a lot better for it in 23/24.

Seemed a nice lad, albeit one with no goal threat at all.

Welcome back DJT…… Has potential for a young kid with lots of good attributes. Big season for him to work hard and show what he can do. we have shown a lot of faith in him.

It’s not a bad shout. He’s young, can be developed, and gives us options. I don’t think DJT will be a starter but he’s an option off the bench. Let’s get behind him - he could surprise us!

You can put those eyes back in your head @philthesaddler !!

Suppose an extra pair of hands to put the cones and bibs out at Essington is always needed. Can’t wait for him to tell us how many goals he’s going to score before Chrimbo.

Official now - what a waste of a wage

Ffs. Is it April 1?

Signed on a one year deal with a view to a further year in the clubs favour.

Didn’t he have the highest goals scored compared to minutes played? I know you can’t really go off that metric but if he bulks up a bit he could be handy for us over the season as another option

To be fair he should have played more minutes in front of Andy Williams.

I don’t think it is terrible by any means, hopefully, he can improve.

What an horrendous signing.

I’m genuinely curious as to why people brand this a good signing because he has β€˜great potential’? Just seems like regurgitated information based on what Flynn etc peddled about him last season. At best he was β€˜meh’ when he played - never standing out above others for a particular attribute like pace, finishing, Knowles-like-effort, strength, skill etc. Wish the lad well now he’s signed, but he’s got a lot of work to do to become a potential asset.
