FA Cup Draw Third Round

YET ANOTHER missed opportunity. Pathetic.

Wouldn’t we have had a different ball number?

No.

It’s numbered by tie.

Missed out on money from Saturdays game for going through, TV money from that game and a complete sell out that we would have got.

Very typical of us that we lost.

That’s the difference between two good signings in January :expressionless:

How much have we lost there? Hundreds of Ks? Cant wait to read all about Salop’s huge payday in the Shropshire Star.

All we deserve. I hope everyone in the club is feeling sick and have a wake up call. Doubt it though….

I’m sure the Swindon fans won’t mention it at all when we play there on the 18th!

On the positive side, at least it keeps our star players off the radar during the January window.

And maybe if more of our home fans had turned up to support the team Saturday like Swindon did we Would have created a better atmosphere and may just be into the hat for next round .

That is a fair point. Very difficult though after our recent performances. Do we really think Swindon fans would have been so up for it if they hadnt had a 7 2 0 away record?

At least we haven’t got to put up with thousands of “loyal” fans turning up for their first game since Wembley.

Our Cup form over probably 10 years has been an absolute disgrace and needs a major review. Significant lost revenue (directly and indirectly) will undoubtedly be a major factor in our continued demise.

Didn’t want to see City reserves captained by Grealish anyway.

Im not bothered about watching Man City but th club desperately needs to raise its profile and win new fans. It these sort of games that can galvanise a club. Watch Swindon’s gates increase now.
