Fleetwood (A) - League Two - Jan 28th 7.45pm

Yes that’s true.

I know a lot don’t agree, but other than the Fleetwood game, I thought Crewe were the best team we have played at Bescot this season so far. Very well organised, was a big point we got out of that game I feel.

The home game was a combination of circumstances. They did well and took chances but we gave away a penalty, had one goal with their player sitting on our keeper, one was a keeper error, Sadler got his subs wrong and we missed good chances.

I’d be happy with a draw to keep us rolling. We should give them respect but go for the win.

This team has shown plenty of bounce back ability already this season 2-1 to the saddlers.

Think we might go through a slump in form every team has one to some degree , 3-1 loss

Gonna be wetter than a night out in Amsterdam. Safe travels to the supporters this afternoon  :cloud_with_rain:

Me and my son have Just left for Fleetwood,
Last minute decision need to to be there when this team bounces right back !
3-1 the saddlers ! UTS

As King Crod has other things to occupy his mind (ooo errr missus) I’ll post this to inform the masses: (not sure if Jim’s bar is open to the travelling faithful)

Not very comprehensive is it - What time does the ref go for his pre-match pee?:rofl::rofl:

Just got this from the Fleetwood OS:
JIM’S BAR INFORMATION

For those early birds who want to make the most out of their evening at Highbury, special deals are there for you from 5pm, so why not get down early, catch up with your friends and have some food before the 7:45pm kick-off.

Doors open at 5pm, with an offer of doubling up on ALL spirits for just £2.50. We also have four bottled beers for just £10, with three Kopparbergs costing just £10! The kiosks will be open at the usual time, so take advantage when you can.

Happy Hour will take place before the game from 5-6pm, so make sure you get down early after work. We have a new beer on tap which is Carling Apple Cider – let us know what you think of it!

If you need anything, our Supporter Liaison Officer [SLO], Phil Bowker will be on hand to make sure your experience on the Fylde Coast is an enjoyable one. Both home and away supporters will be allowed in Jim’s Bar.

They leave fans to take their seats when they want to? Anarchy!

Then at 4-2, DJ missed an easy chance to pull us back into the game…
It was a freak result.

We don’t appear to have to declare our team early either.

Yes, that for me too was the point when the game turned irretrievably. At 3-4, we might even have won.

Im usually calm at matches but watching the game on UTS has my stress levels extremely high.

Sadly I think we will lose again tonight before returning to winning ways on Saturday.

More nervous about this one tonight than if we were mid table.
Maybe it’s after eventually losing on Saturday.

Just feels like this season is ours to lose.

Happily take a point.
