Flynn Clarke Signs

Attacking midfielder on loan from Norwich on a season long loan

Surely it’s just a matter of time before some outgoings now then. How many midfielders do we actually have at the club atm?

Replacement for Holden
Hopefully give us creativity and goals from midfield we do desperately need.Welcome Flynn

Excellent - against the Vile there was plenty of attacking movement along the wings, but not much coming through the middle of the park. Hopefully this helps improve us in that area.

Looks like Dean Smith may have done us a favour.

Any chance of a striker then?

I did think the same…

It looks like an interesting loan. Likes to score or assist, so it can be good for the team. Good luck and many good games.

that it? was hoping for a striker never played mens football either.

Looks a decent signing. I expect Timmy Abraham will be offered a contract. Then its just a goalscorer needed a couple of players leaving and we are good to go

Interesting article regarding his move to Norwich.

Sounds very highly rated, played 11 games for Peterborough and they turned down £700k for him in the previous January. Imagine us doing that?

One of our biggest problems in the last couple of years has been no creativity from midfield.

If Clarke is as good as Hutchinson based off Saturday, then I’ll be happy.

Two strikers with one being Abraham and the other abit more experienced, then we are done.

“Clarke scored three goals in six starts for Posh and made his Football League debut aged 17 against Hull City last season. He scored those three goals in three group games in last season’s Papa John’s Trophy.”

That’s men’s football isn’t it? And he would apparently have featured in the championship the following season for Peterborough.

Yet more unsubstantiated ‘facts’ in terms of what Flynns planning. Where on earth do you get all your information from. Genuinely interested

Flynn himself literally said last week that he’s after two strikers

In their Under 23s. And the Papa Johns is basically that too.

Flynn was very highly rated at Posh. They turned down £700k for him before his contract ran out
Very highly thought of at Posh a great addition for the Saddlers
