Ideas to Improve the Pallet-Track atmosphere?

Leicester City also do an excellent build up with film of moments club history, obviously leading up to the PL success. Then they have the “everyone smiles with you” anthem which everyone joins in with.

Mind, it’s not been helping them over the past couple of seasons!

A few beers, before a last minute piss, then take up my allocated seat just in time to say hello to people before the teams come out.
No need for fuss and palava.

Not sure about seeing the teams coming out probably still somewhere on the Broadway then especially on a Saturday

They probably do know but don’t know how. There seems to be a lack of creativity and understanding what works and when. They had that vote to choose the walkout music and One Step Beyond won. Terrible choice for a walkout song, better played after a victory. They realised this and moved to Yellow Ribbon, problem being the actual song is really old and uninspiring, hardly anyone joined in.

I agree Ring of Fire or Carnival de Paris were fine. So many options though, just a bit of thought about what could work would help a lot. I join in with Country Road but it will always be a Man United song to me, and Bradford use it too.

Pumping the music before kick off would also help plus a decent beat when the players come out…. Loud and proud! :joy:

With over half the original band coming from the West Midlands, something from The Charlatans would be good.

It’s been said before and I agree. Play decent football that is successful and you will improve the atmosphere no end.

I agree. Seeing the team come out for kick off is so over rated

One kick off is the same as all other kick offs.

Not necessarily true. I remember going to Swansea with my Dad. We walked in the ground and Swansea were kicking off. We obviously knew we had missed the kick off so we thought we had scored. Unfortunately it was the start of the second half.

Even Tomo isn’t usually that late

He was probably with us, I’m not joking

Perhaps they could introduce a countdown from 10 at kick off like they have done at the World Cup.

I like this idea, the juveniles would go absolutely batshit crazy for it. As they would a mexican wave if we could get one of those going at the Pallet-Track.

Giving me the Friday morning giggles that is…..

Made me laugh. I can only imagine my kids reaction based on what they have said about it during the World Cup.
