L 2-0 vs Crewe Alexandra (A) - League Two - Sat 15th April, 3pm

I doubt it, they got relegated just over an hour ago.

ā€œat least he put himself aboutā€ - yes got himself red carded great work. Ridiculous, no wonder the football is trash with that comment

We’ve got no choice: we can’t keep this garbage otherwise we WILL get relegated next season. My team for next season:

Evans - New Player(NP) , McEntee, Daniels, NP; Knowles, NP, Hutchinson, Riley; NP, NP. Subs: Gordon, Allen, Comley, Matt, Maddox(?)

Let’s hope Flynn has got some decent players lined up for next season!!

If he’s said that in the dressing room I’d expect the players to think the same as you have just said.Doesn’t exactly send the right message does it.I’m not sure what to say now with all this because on paper his position is now untenable but the noises from him and the club are that he’s here to stay and oversee a larger budget than the one he’s blown.

I thought that. Almost as if he’s impressed with that!

Yep, essentially a peek into the future of how this type of football will continue into next season as that is what Flynn likes.

Jesus Christ. There are still people discussing what Flynn needs to do next season.
I don’t want him to be making those decisions next week.
Enough is enough.

Sadly so do I. Worryingly defensive of him today.

I do wonder whether there an intentional element to all of this.

Suppose Flynn felt completely let down in January and that he’d been lumbered with an unfit and lacking in quality squad after proving his ability up until Christmas.

The complete absence of any cohesion, discipline or will to win suggests that Flynn has given up and is waiting to be sacked. It’s just bizarre. This is the same bloke who came in an immediately sorted us out in February 2022 - now we cant score, we can’t defend and our discipline is awful - on form we are the joint worst in the league.

Some bizarre comments in those interviews.

The explanation of the Kinsella sub was that he wanted to put a more forward minded player on…. So why did he put Labadie on…. And not Maddox/Maher?

Why then, has he seemingly tried to defend Labadie with the sending off?

It’s all very bizarre.

I’d also be surprised if Joe Low ever plays for us again.

At least Everton Andy will be too busy crying into his toffees pillow to give King Crod his analysis.

I wouldn’t be surprised if Pomlett has told Flynn he must pick Labadie due to how much we are forced to pay the pile of rubbish. However, if Flynn has picked him based on his own choice then that says everything about Flynn.

Boycott you need to get Flynn and Pomlett out of our club now

After listening to that interview, I don’t think Flynn is going anywhere.

He’s not going to resign.

He doesn’t sound like a bloke in fear of his job to me.

I agree…looks like he will build for next season.

Build what? Pray, do tell!

Normally after a bad result and emotions are high there are at least a couple of comments which suggest the performance was not that bad etc and even a few positive chinks of light. However I am not picking that up now - it must have been terrible.

The problems are throughout the club - this cannot be just a bad manager (yet another one). Unfortunately our board have such a high opinion of themselves it is hard to see a way forward.

Because the people having to make the decision are as incompetent as he is
