I dont think he will either with 10 months left on his contract and based on present performances will find it hard to get a similar position unless the root cause is the budget given to him. If the club sack him they will end up paying for him and another manager whicjh in turn will effect the playing budget

It was awful. Little evidence of a plan in the way we played, a tacit acknowledgement by Flynn that he’d got things wrong by subbing Low and Kinsella after around 30 minutes and a lack of focus and commitment by too many players, topped off by Labadie’s 30 minute-odd pantomime display which resulted in him being sent-off. I felt embarrassed for some of our guys today - and sorry for those who made the journey to witness another characterless, directionless performance.
We wanted something more attack minded so we brought Labadie on for Kinsella!!!
I’d love to see the attacking stats for Labadie over his career here at Walsall, I can’t remember them being mesmerising!!!

Flynn has to go , how on earth can he stay after that non performance, I did say that we never turn up at Crewe, they must lick their lips when they are due to play us. Flynn’ s interviews are becoming embarrassing like his managerial non skills, how can you defend the red card liability called Labadie, we need to rid ourselves of Flynn immediately, but knowing our amateur approach to professional football I fear he will be here to start again next season. As others have stated and myself over a number of years the problems stem above , Gamble, Mole and dame Omlette all three completely devoid of leadership, vision, ambition. Pleeease Trivela show the door to Dame Omlette, Gamble, Mole and Flynn before it’s too late.

Flynn definitely comes across as knowing he’s going nowhere (just like the team). However, should we remain winless for the rest of the season, the pressure for him to get off to a good start next season will be immense. If we’re in the bottom third after 10 games, I’d expect him to go.
At least last season we showed signs of improvement towards the end, especially at home. This season, we have been in decline for three months with no sign of things turning around any time soon.

. I was responding to THANNY’S post only. I wasn’t suggesting he should be given the role at the moment. There is no sign of improvement . Indeed we are going in the opposite direction but whether Trivela will get rid I don’t know.
Far too patient. He needs a minimum of 6 points from the remaining 4 games and a noticeable improvement in performance; otherwise he has to go at the end of the season.
