Like others I’d love to say the old “knowing us, we’ll turn the form book etc etc etc”.
Just can’t see it.
2-1 Mansfield. Miller to score for us.
Oh and Matt to say we were a lot better after we went 2-0 down. I wish he’d understand the old “goals change games” saying. Last week a case in point. When a team is two nil up they don’t actually need to try too hard to score another if they utilise their resources in a bid to prevent conceding. Ergo the losing team are afforded more possession than they were when the winning team were motivated to score rather than not concede. It isn’t necessarily because the losing team improved.

Indeed, and no sooner had we pulled a goal back they stepped it up again.

Anyone remember that one midweek game a few years back (before they revamped Field Mill) when we had the open end on Quarry Lane and got absolutely drenched by a thunder storm? Was that the same game that “Marigold” Bertschin won over his detractors?
No Khan
Mills dropped for Leak
Osadebe back in for Wilkinson
Kahn off probably.
Thats what i thought as soon as i saw it
That line up
Might get back in the car and go home!

What a joke walsall fc are… can’t believe Khan hasn’t been signed. This is exactly the reason I didn’t travel today. No ambition from the club whatsoever… he will probably sign for morecambe or harrogate ffs… any player that shows potential and there off
