I heard the same a while ago mate i was also told he’s not on the money people think he is nowhere near what Wilkinson was being paid.

You are just saying what has been said to you but I think it is a little unfair some of the rumours about DJ without knowing.
He seemed happy enough at Walsall last season, and he was the difference between us being in the top ten and looking up to nailed on relegation form after he left. Seems like he just wanted to be somewhere where he is liked/loved.
He is limited or he wouldn’t be at Walsall at his age but he will score goals if the chances are there for him without a doubt. Would be the 3rd name I’d have on the team sheet after Evans and Daniels.

Draper is great, one we’ll look back on in a couple of years in the same bracket as Rushworth and Bennett.
Shame we don’t have players anywhere near his quality for his age coming through our academy system

Tbh,peoples opinions will differ on what type of striker they like to watch. I think Drapper is the better striker based on what i like to see in a striker. Does that mean im right no, does that mean im wrong no. Its just my opinion.
I don’t see why it’s an issue who’s better anyway, Draper and Johnson should be both playing at the same time anyway.

Yes they should remarkably why this has not happened yet from kick-off is baffling beyond belief.if it don’t work then Sadler can change it and justify his non selection of DJ maybe ?

It did, V Crewe. We scored within seconds because DJ forced a chance and Draper finished it off …
I wonder if Flynn thinks Sadlers had something to do with his sacking through comments to the owners??
Do we think Sadler will change it for Saturday? Or stick with this 352?

Well, it works if you have specialist players who know how to play it. We don’t. That’s the managers decision and choice.
We have watched now, for 5 years in this league, crap, boring, square peg round holes 352 nonsense for most of it.
We have not recruited well enough to play this formation effectively.

If we play with 4 at the back we are realiant on young player who doesn’t look ready to play a starring role just yet.

Nothing worked for us today, not like we tried a lot of things (like shots on target!) or getting stuck in. We just didn’t seem interested, it’s one of the few times under MS that I can say this.
Their 2nd goal was a joke, that should be replayed in the dressing room over and over again. Really embarrassing defending.
Not much to write about tbh. It’s upsetting when one’s team doesn’t put a shift in.
