It means that he’s managed about 320 games and they are all in the fourth division.
So when I say “the most fourth division managerial CV ever” I’m wondering whether there is a manger who has managed so many games exclusively in the fourth division.
As ever I will do zero research but I think even the most statistically minded would struggle to find a more fourth managerial record.
More than happy to keep explaining stuff if my posts are confusing. They often are. Even to me.

£27 is a joke. Ours are £23 for away fans which is also too expensive, but they do have a family deal for Kids for an extra £2 for some games. Anyway just landed in Swindon, makes Walsall (which thankfully I left a few years ago) look like Mayfair
