Sadler likes players who work hard and run around a lot. Unfortunately if they cant pass a football to each other there is no point as it more resembles a Bilston & District under 12s Division 3 team.
Work hard, win the ball and pass it to a team mate rather than get it and welly it randomly. Christ, its not difficult if you are a so called professional player.

Maybe the plan was good (soak up the pressure, hit them once) but execution failed. I guess the ownerâs eye fattens the horse and somehow improves team fortunes but when the owner is absent, shit happens. I wonder why defence is so leaky, some plumbing works are needed asap.
