Not good defending and as usual toothless attack. They somehow managed to score twice, but I have no idea how. No more talk of the playoffs, please.

Not even a Lakin flick can turn this around.
Huge clear out needed and a managerial appointment early in close season to give them time to assemble and work with a new squad.
What will we get? Byfield announced on a 2 year contract. Matt, Jellis, Adomah and Farq all offered new deals then signing loans on deadline day who will never make the squad.

Only took one win ,baby turtles heading down to the sea disaster.

I think that’s db’s chance of the job gone today, his substitutions showed him up for the rookie he is at this level impacting the game but in a negative way. Hopefully we can swiftly get in with the job of finding a permanent solution who can have their say in the retained list and begin planning for next season as soon as possible.

Finally decided to definitely buy the EB last Friday despite calamity defending. Now, not so sure. Do I really want to watch rinse and repeat next season? I’m a bit short of cash why waste more?
He should focus on trying to keep it on the pitch. I called him an average league 2 player … I think I was wrong. He’s gash.

Bad subs from Byfield cost us the game, the last 10 minuets was our worst period of the match, we just fell apart quite embarrassing really!
We need to prepare ourselves for next season, to say that its been a disappointing year is a huge understatement.

I very nearly swayed but there’s better things to do on a weekend than just watch the same mistakes year after year after year. I’ll see how next season goes as I can’t be arsed with another rebuild year. My daughter will be a bit older and can re-evaluate then if anything has changed.

But you said how well we were playing…. We were bossing it at one stage when I struggled to see where!!
We were, we dominated that second half and had them penned in, they couldn’t get out. It’s a game we should have won.
