I was there today and I’ve been to 9 games this season. Bonkers in thinking Knowles played well. He was terrible

Years of decay and what looks like another season of stagnation in league two, is it any wonder there are fan’s voicing their frustration.And whilst we all know that almost all of that decay and stagnation isn’t the doing of BB and Trivela as a whole it still hurts plenty of fans and when the same sort of errors are being made under a new ownership as regards player recruitment and another non existent way of playing on a regular basis during a game of football is it any wonder that fans are slightly concerned as to where our club will end up.

He beat his man more often than not put decent crosses into the box and looked the most likely to make something happen.

I’ll give him his due though - he kept going. But he is abysmal.
Whats really frustrating for me is I can’t get upset about this result today it’s become the norm .I’m still intensely passionate about my team 63 bloody years a fan .and even more sad I’m not alone in that frustration .and my biggest fear So many of our younger supporters today are going to feel the same .

I’ll stick up for Knowles a bit. I mean we shouldn’t be shocked at the lack of end product but he was still giving it all until the last. Gordon gets away with murder on the other side, hardly anyone mentions him. All over the place for a couple of the goals if not directly responsible for them, doesn’t get assists and doesn’t show for the ball when things are going bad, in the way Knowles will. It’s a big problem for a team playing with wing backs, need them to be good and ours really aren’t.

That is the problem with this system. Wing backs are key players and there aren’t that many good ones around especially at our level.
As ever he will get all the pelters.

I agree to many grinding the same axe regardless.
I’ve said similar to a few people Gordon is playing in League 2 for a reason his productivity is shite it’s actually statistically worse than that of Knowles he was crap today yet he’s hardly been mentioned.

They won’t get me back through the door serving this crap up in a shit league season after season it’s boring dross and thats from someone who went home and away every week under Hibbitt i was more entertained then than in the last 5 seasons.You can only rely on blind loyalty for so long.

I’m still flabbergasted by some of his recent choices.
Ten of the eleven who started against Wrexham were available today. He played seven of them.
Preferring Evans to Smith
Preferring Stirk to Earing
Preferring Faal or Gordon to Matt.
And on the Evans thing. I don’t think it’s hatred of Evans. I think it’s a sense that the dropping of Jackson was plain unfair. He was in ownership of the shirt and deserved to keep it. Taking it away from him still seems really harsh.
