I’d agree with that.
Need to win 4 of the 6 games to com this month.
I’m not confident about the Accrington game later in the month, so the other 3 home games, including today and one away will do.
We need to start winning to keep our season going. Newport good at the long range shots from what I’ve seen this season so important our keeper has a solid game. I’d probably go for Jacko as will keep the game flowing.
Hoping for an exciting 3 - 2 win. Hutch Faal and Flash. UTS.
Since Boxing Day, Newport’s last 6 league games:
Won 4
Drawn 2
Lost 0
Could be a tough one.
If we are serious about a push this season - this has to be a win.
I hope we see more of a Wrexham/Crewe performance today - where we were confident and kept the ball better and progressed up the pitch with real dynamism… rather than the Sutton performance which was more direct and languid.
Looking forward to a good game without having to worry too much about the result.
Thinking of our ‘in the know’ contributor, I’ve seen four Westies this morning, so that’s four for us. And one collie (which our Westie used to hate), so that’s one for them. An improbable 4-1 therefore.
Trolling.
After a week of relentless rain and they’re watering the pitch.
No I’m not. Plenty of time to be worried about results when we’re actually in the promotion picture. Don’t need today to be ruined because you can’t grasp the big picture.
Stirk in for Earing, Oteh for Adeboyega on the bench
They’d still have done it on Tuesday night if the game had gone ahead.
Looks like DJ is the injured player being interviewed in the Stadium Suite.
Evans still inbetween the sticks.I’d be a bit disappointed if I were Jackson tbh after not really doing much wrong to lose my place over.
Good to see Oteh back in the squad
Yes but the only defensive cover on there is Allen.
We don’t need defenders
At last someone with a sound and logic prediction
I’ll take a scrappy 1 0 win over an entertaining 4 3 loss. Need to keep the season alive and people interested so gates, and early birds, dont fall away as ultimately that will mean less money to invest in the team in the summer
