L 4-0 vs Southampton (A) - FA Cup Third Round - Sat 6th Jan, 3pm

I’m not arguing he hasn’t done well for us, and it is possible the bit about rescuing his career was a bit ott (Although Crewe fans couldn’t wait to be rid)

I don’t see us lucky to have any player, if we go out and get them then that isn’t luck. If that was the case we have had a lot of bad luck over the years!

Not sure DD is league 1 quality though
He has been mistaken prone lately and better strikers with constant pressure would bring the worst out of him

We’re lucky to have him at the club as the person he is, any club would be. Hopefully he stays for many years to come.

I love DD. We’re lucky to have him. One of our few good January signings. Think he was also the last one Fullerton was involved in? So he got two right with Earing as well. Not a great hit rate but still….

So it would have been Watford away next round. Echoes of 1987 but otherwise meh.

Pleased that Wrexham got Blackburn away. The sort of draw we always get, not that interesting for either side.

God, I’ve just realised - 37 years ago!!! :older_man: :see_no_evil:

Man ure are looking quite good tonight
Perhaps they have found their level?

:astonished:Wow! I remember finishing work fairly late that night, then running to the ground, I’d be 31 then so I could run…:joy:

But I bet that the shallow TV numpties will find a reason to televise it.

I’m suprised the Wigan goalie got beat with a reach like that.

After 12 successive home cup draws at odds of 4096/1, Man U finally rack up a pair of away ones …Wigan, followed by Newport or Eastleigh. :face_with_monocle:

Yes, they’re doing it the hard way this year…:joy:

Natural pick for TV slot ……… Blackburn lucky to get one of the biggest teams in the country!

To be fair I think the Wrexham fans will be quite pleased with it, doubt they’ve played Blackburn for a long time, they’ll get 7k+ tickets and sell them all. Will be a good away day for them.

FTFY! :grinning:

Not sure where to put this, but just seen that Maidstone have knocked Ipswich out of the FA cup, look at those stats…
