L 4-0 vs Southampton (A) - FA Cup Third Round - Sat 6th Jan, 3pm

Leaving here at 6 ish in the morning as never been Southampton so gonna make a day of it

Nowt to see in Southampton
get in, steal a place in the 4th round draw and get back out lads

The Titanic walk is about it.

Most of the interesting stuff is along the coast at their rivals in Portsmouth, with that being more of a military port.

Must be a scab museum

Which pubs are everyone heading for tomorrow? Meeting up with a few Saints friends and heading to the White Star Tavern in Oxford St (near the seafront about 20 mins walk from the ground). Heard that’s a decent area for pre-match drinks.

That’s worth around £100,000 + for our share of the gate receipts.

Sorry if i missed the link but im sure someone said there’d be live commentary on one of the national stations. Was it Radio 5?

BBC Radio 5 sports extra I think. It looks like it’s also on ESPN+ so will be on the lookout for a p̶e̶r̶f̶e̶c̶t̶l̶y̶ l̶e̶g̶i̶t̶m̶a̶t̶e̶ stream if I don’t make the spur of the moment decision to go tomorrow.

It’s on ESPN+ if you’ve got it. I can’t see it being live on radio 5live though.

It’s been advertised as their live game for well over a week now. Millwall vs Leicester on the main R5 channel.

When I looked at ESPN+ it did say that if you have any DisneyPlus login you can use that - but as I don’t have one I can’t confirm if that works. You will probably need to use a VPN to appear to be in the US of goddam A though.

Got the Charabang loaded KC?

When we wete last down there I met up with a Saints fan I know at the Guide Dog - a really decent real ale pub with 11 handpulls that is also about a 20 minute walk to the ground.
