And i do! As soon as we stayed top for a period i wanted the title. Promotion would be absolutely brilliant but titles don’t come along very often

Promotions haven’t exactly been falling off trees! 
No but we’ve had more promotions in our history than titles. I want us to be the best! Not 2nd best, not 3rd best…the best!

Don’t get me wrong, I want to win the League.
In the end top 3 does the same job.
To be the best we’d have to win the Premier League. One step at a time

Just checked back and we haven’t been beow 3rd since the middle of September and top since December 7th. That’s 15 games already a third of the season.

Agreed, but the only league table that matters is the one after 46 games.
Still optimistic but I hope the pitches are a bit better when we have the treble header against Doncaster, Port Vale and Wimbledon.
That week shall define whether we stay in the automatic places, I suspect.

Read my post from yesterday. I suspect we’ll come back empty handed next Tues. If we don’t beat Swindon, expect the doomsayers to be out in force next week, as the chasing pack close in on us.
It’s about time we started to see all the January signings involved, not just one or two. Sadler needs to freshen things up in my view, but we all know he won’t.

Well it was their equivalent of a local derby.

Shouldn’t make any difference to be honest.
We are fighting too. I’m not saying we will definitely win, but there is a reason why we are 40 points better off than them. Matching their effort shouldn’t be a problem. Anything can happen in a football match but you’d expect us to have a good chance of 3 points.

I thought both Barrow and Carlisle looked a bit poor. I did like the Carlisle keeper Breeze though.
We’ve got nothing to fear but it will definitely be a battle at both Barrow and Carlisle.

From memory alone, didn’t Grigg get a hat trick for us there? I think we won 3-1 but I might be wrong.
