Like the use of the butchers’ apostrophe
Wait a minute, the apostrophe is there as it is replacing the “i” of the is. Not because I’m using butcher’s in the possessive form ie meaning the “a Grimsby of the butcher” .
Although I may over interpreted the joke/ bitten and deserve a whoosh.
