I have a strange feeling about this ….

I think us as fans and the tightness of bescot could have a positive effect. If we can push up the attendance and sing like we’re winning (even if we go behind) it will drive the players on.

As PT said long ago about the same fixture, Birmingham was our night, this is just a treat and if it be the end of the cup journey then we should make it as hard as possible for Leicester. Let them know how loud and effective we can be behind that goal. Give our players that extra percent of drive. It’s good practice in anticipation for next year when we face harder teams in league one!

We stand a chance at this, but we have to plat our part and create some noise from start to finish regardless of what the score at the time or whether we are under the cosh.

I look at this as a bonus game for us really.

As long as we don’t pick up anymore injuries, or knacker ourselves out too much … I would rather we concentrate more on our league games to get out of this shit league

Now i know you’re missing this due to a holiday but will you also be missing the Colchester home game?

I am away too and I hope we win without knackering ourselves for Colchester but I think Leicester will win. 1-2 is my prediction.

I predict a waterlogged pitch and a pp

It’s a bonus game for us , personally I am not bothered one bit.

I’d rather we went into Saturdays league game with no injuries.

Does Sadler go with his best 11 or his squad 11?

Hornby or Simkin?
Barrett or Adomah?
Allen or Weir?
Jellis of Maher?
Lowe or DJ?
Lakin or Earing?

We’ve almost got two first team squads, if we stretch a point or three

I will be back ( for this game ) … as someone famous once said

Judging by the comments on their main fans forum (Foxes Talk) there seems to be a lot of unhappiness about Steve Cooper. You probably have to take into account him being a former Forest manager but there seems to be quite a clamour for him to get the boot already. If we beat them (which I think we can), things could get “interesting” there.

Very disappointed if we can’t get a crowd of 9000 +

We are a better team than last we played them and they are really struggling compared to last we played them
We can win this but if Leicester plays first 11 to get some morale back and we win it’s a huge cup scalp .
I expect Leicester will play reserves and kids and rest the players for the it league struggle

Unless there’s an unbelievable surge over the next couple of days, you’re going to be disappointed.

Be nice if there was 6,000 of us making it a crowd of around 8,500. That’s more than enough to get the place rocking and let this group of players know what a big game can sound like at Bescot.

I thought we’d get to 9000 as well. I also don’t think the price is too bad. Though saying that, Leicester aren’t the draw they were nearly two years back.

FA Cup tends to be EPL first teams. This will be a mix and match mixture of Leicester’s squad.

On the price point, like all of our ticket prices this season, it’s a few quid over cooked. Pay per game is a right expensive do, especially if you’re buying multiple tickets. It’s a shame because we’re a few hundred fans down this season and we don’t want them drifting altogether or being completely put off by unaffordable football. With less than 3,000 season ticket holders this season you worry that even though we’re going well, games like Colchester on Saturday could well see a seemingly (in the context of our form) poor crowd.

You’re right. I think we can pull more in by dint of being better. It’d be interesting to compare other clubs who’ve languished in their respective leagues over the last few years.
