I have no idea or reasoning on that order of penalty takers!!
Oh well, a decent performance and some confidence will have been built from it, but what a whimper way to go out after all that!!

At the end of the day we paid the penalty for missing three golden opportunities to score from open play. You really can’t miss those chances against premiership opposition

Its a real pity that we were unable to finish the job but, I’m not disappointed in the slightest.
I’m hugely proud of that performance!
Oh well. Sounds like we played okay. Concentrate on the league for a while.

It was a good game, but set pieces require some tuning. It can cost points in the league.

Frustrating we had those penalties after the performance put in.
No idea what the issue with this club and penalties in but please practise them properly otherwise it will cost the club in a potential penalty shoot out in play off situation.
Gordon tapped his at about 5mph, also no idea why Dave went up second, surely have DJ or Matt after Taylor Allen?!
Simkin unlucky as two of the penalties were right in the corner so I’d back him to save at least one against lower standard of player.
That’s one area where the side is still lacking so up to Sadler to really get them practising for rest of the season.
