ACCORDING TO COMPANY HOUSE DETAILS THE DEBTS DUE TO THE BONSER BROTHERS ARE STILL OUTSTANDING.THE LEGAL CHARGES RELATING TO THESE DEBTS AMOUNTING TO £600000 ARE STILL ON THE WEBSITE. IT WOULD BE INTERESTING TO SEE THE SHARE TRANSFER FORMS LOGGED WHEN POMLETT ACQUIRED THE CONTROLLING SHARES.THESE WOULD SHOW THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE SHARES.emphasized text

Not sure if you get hold of the share stop transfer forms, the secretary will have them buried away

The accounts for last year are due any day now so we should know soon what the deal was.

Aren’t they for the financial year prior?

No …they are for the year to May 2020. LP took over at the end of July 2019.
