2-1 Win

will be out in a pub garden somewhere at 3pm so can’t do the highlights today. got a feeling we’ll win this one, 2-1 saddlers. Gordon and Oss

The cowboy found god and put his guns away.

I think I heard that years ago but didn’t know whether it was true. Has it stopped him making inappropriate comments to young girls I wonder.

4-2
Holder, Hill, Lea, Powell

Grew up on Lord Street, the Oak was refurbished and turned into a halfway house. The Napier remains, inexplicably.

4-2-3-1? Or have I missed a name on the lineup?

Must have it mixed up with the last game - no changes at all isn’t something I think we’ve seen this season!

Fair to assume Norman and lavery won’t be offered a contract for next season.

A typical nothing to play for end of season match by the looks of the silence on here  I’ve paid anyway and we’ll hopefully be able to have a pint on the way to the ground next season.

I thought Norman had a really good season and was one of our best players, but recently haven’t seen much of him

Toss up between him and white and it’s a hot topic for debate isn’t it? but the performances of white have been better than Norman of late IMO.

Do you remember the Greenhough family?

Hoping for a decent attacking performance today with lots of goals. Nil nil it is then.
Balti pies ready to go in the oven soon for half time.

White is probably a better defender, Norman would be better as a wing back probably. So the defence option won. At least could be White to Wright on the right in the commentary.

Don’t think so, mate. Might have been before my time.

The girl I drooled over for most of my teenage years lived on Lord street at the Napier end. Her mom and dad apparently yearned for us to get together but she was, like myself a fully paid up member of the New Mills Street gang (despite the fact I lived in Birchills!) so it was like taking my sister to the flicks. She married a vicar.

Hope we could win today, if we do however, we’re probably stuck with Dutton for next season an’all. Perhaps Pomlett is right, and he will become the next Smithy…we can but hope.

Have cleaned Jimmy Leas windows for the last 10 years. Beautiful cottage in Brewood and still with his childhood sweetheart. Thatched roof costs a small fortune every ten years or so but is chicken feed to the royalties he gets every xmas. I actually lose money chatting to him lol
