Well those were the ones that happened
Sadler pixxxg this I see with a grand total of 18% support from fans
And yes the Doncaster performance totally down to o Kelly
Alexander or artell would be good
Well, and half their first team missing.
The question is âwho do think will get it?â
Not âwho do you want?â
Iâm not saying Sadler would win that poll but youâre drawing the wrong conclusion from the result (not for the first time)
Make your mind up cos that was quickly edited from 10 missing to half.
8 of the starting line up played the previous week in the 1-0 win at an in form Colchester. Arguably they were still in the side on merit.
Just to help you with some basic MathâŚso far 4 more people have voted for Cowley than Sadler. Thatâs not particularly overwhelming at this moment. It may well change but with such a small number voting using a % as a means to an argument is a schoolboy error
I was looking at squad appearances not match appearances.
But it was missing:
Their first choice keeper, Luke Molyneaux, Ben Close, George Miller, Kieran Aguard, Ro Shaun-Williams, James Maxwell, Kyle Knowle, Tom Anderson and Adam Clayton.
So ten of the top 14 rather than 11, not that far off, but weâll done on catching the edit
Now thatâs cleared up, back on the block list
Pretending to have me blocked all season.
Some weeks it mustâve had you in real pain.
Glad I drew you out
He wonât get it. I reckon everyone knows including those at the club that the improved football against Doncaster was down to Okelly
Look at the shite football whilst he was coach. Oh yes sorry⌠âwasnât allowed to flourish under Flynnâ
Nah I just knew some pedant would see that, and right I was. You wouldnât be on the blocked list at all if you could take a point without responding 2 posts to one, or name adding people who arenât even talking to you, but unfortunately you canât.
Like I say thatâs enough of that, DM if you want anymore details so as not to clog up the thread.
O.kelly is the most important capture we could make. Him and Sadler I hope .
Well thereâs the difference between us, regardless of who I like or donât, agree with or donât or who posts too much and who doesnât, I donât block anyone because believe it or not I can allow an opinion I donât agree with without having to reply regardless. (Sometimes )
I didnât name add you. I added your name to a list as a bit of light humour to make another point. I deliberately didnât @ you because it wasnât aimed at or to you and thought I was blocked anyway.
Any more details on what? Not sure what else I could need details on to warrant a DM
Anyway I have you higher on the list of preferred candidates than @geordiesaddler so you should be happy!!
I may have to review that on the basis that he does at least have a sense of humour and that will be needed for the top job here
He said as he replies
Just checking if I was still blocked or not
Donât worry, you are now.
Good because I knew some pedant would check to see if anyone on his block list would replyâŚand you did
I tried.

YesterdayâŚBen Boycott wroteâŚ
âŚin our view, upon reflecting, we have had a process in these past many years that was overly manager-centricâŚ
Weâll be working with a fresh plan and a fresh vision from here on. I believe in building a structure, a system, and a culture where a manager can come in if (and only if) they fit that strategy, and be a part of our building process. Said another way, we need to build a crystal clear football strategy, and identify the correct manager to fit into that picture, and create the best possible environment for that manager to succeed.
As for stats and analytics. Iâve said many times that they are a pivotal part of the success of clubs that were our erstwhile comtemporaries, examples being Brighton and Brentford, and Iâve also quoted Sunderland. While other clubs went out and spaffed fortunes on signing Brightonâs players, Newcastle went out and signed Brightonâs head of recruitment These clubs have achieved remarkable success by having a clear strategy, and structures which are supported by both the above and importantly INVESTMENT. Not stupid money, but investment in the football side with a view to providing both success and future financial return from said investment - something which Trivela should be interested in if they are serious.
That is palpably different from turning every match thread into a boring navel gazing exercise, typified by the same posters ping-ponging dozens of posts that either blow smoke up their favourite players arse or alternatively gob off their hobby horse boo boy who is blamed for everything (delete as appropriate) week in week out, with stats being brought in as the latest âtoolâ to support the same tired old opinions in an attempt to make said posters look more clevererer than the rest of us. Most of whom can quite happily watch a game and have an opinion without resorting to nausiating pedantry in the âvirtual pubâ of Sunday afternoon on UTS.
Artell, I think he fits everything that Trivela want to implement.
