No chance he’s not playing because of the agent telling him he can’t play. Might be personal that Mat doesn’t want someone not committed to the cause. H has been a rock this season in the middle of the back 3. Something has gone wrong with him and the club. He’d be in my starting line up everyday of the week
Agreed but it’s up to the players to get us up for it. We pay to see them. They pay to play.

There was absolutely eff all to cheer for. We couldn’t string two passes together and never got close to the Vale players. We never won a second ball all day. We look like a relegation outfit - I can’t see where we are going to win again!! Yet, it just takes one win to turn things around - hopefully we can do next time out!!

I don’t mind Wimbledon winning, if we finish below either them or Notts then we ain’t going up. But I’d rather them be going into their games against the other top sides with a sniff rather than be resigned to the play-offs. We need to take care of our own business from this point against 4 very bog standard fourth division teams up-coming. If we can’t beat them we have no right to go up.

I think the task is pretty straightfoward now, in terms of understanding rather than achieving it!! Three wins for me will be enough. That would leave Donny probably needing to win 4 of their remaining 6 which looks unlikely. Getting that first win is key, and for me it has to be next week.
