We need to get to the root cause I don’t think a change in manager will solve all the issue completely if at all.
No one has said it will I don’t think. I’ll tell you what it will show, is whether Matt Jordan sets the way we play or whether it was Sadler all along.

They’ve had a good teacher on trying to do it on the cheap in Pomlett who in turn had a good one in Bonser.
Pomlett needs to go and anyone else hanging around from past era’s.

For me it’s not as simple as “just” Sadler In/Out, although that is part of it.
There’s various things across the football side of things that I feel need addressing. Many were brought up in the fans associations letters. Issues from the owners, boardroom and down to Sadler and the team. I want to see some meaningful change and forward planning that is communicated to all of us and some accountability that can be measured. More than just waffle in a statement or video.

Who knows Sadler might go on to be an excellent coach and climb the football pyramid we just don’t if Sadler is pulling the strings i suspect we will know on our next appointment if Sadler does get the sack.

I was kind of pleased that the weather gave me an excuse not to attend last week. The same could be said of the MK game moving to a Monday night.
If I represent a constituency of fans who never imagined they’d be looking for excuses not to attend games rather than the other way around then the club should be quite concerned.
Feels like there are a lot of people fast asleep at the wheel. All the way through the club. Reverting to a “little old Walsall” mindset where we are being conditioned to re-imagine ourselves as fourth division underdogs.
Possibly the worst time ever to be a Walsall fan. I’d include the re-election years in that now. We were third tier then and the working man (and it was mostly men back then) could afford to watch without making the sort of sacrifices he needs to today. The Hibbett years a re-set that took only four seasons at this level to complete.
Trivela and Sadler have brought some positive momentum but it wasn’t enough to get us out of this league and now that momentum is sadly a negative one as we revert to being the mid table fourth division team we have been for the majority of the last five or six seasons.
If people vote with their feet - it’s massively understandable. I’ll renew. Out of habit and certainly not because it represents a great financial upside. The way it looks now, next season might cost me around £35 a game which is ridiculous for the “entertainment” on offer.
To that end, I’d love it if Tuesday’s announcement reflects current sentiment and represents something of an olive branch. Another bowl of meaningless word soup will turn more off.

I am seriously thinking of not going against Mk it’s only 8 miles in the car for me but it’s the thought of possible humiliation and the collapse of our home form . At least on a Saturday you get the chance to have a few beers. All that said I will still probably go. My earlier positivity has evaporated and I can’t see any way out without a change at the helm

You do understand that football is not a exact science?
Yes, I was talking in general numbers to try to give the best insight possible into my thoughts based on another poster asking whether people wanted style or league position as the main thing that made them happy.
I for one would be heartbroken, however as I have said many times on here, Trivela have had an easy ride so far, with that in mind my attitude is short term pain for longer term gain. I hope 
anyway.
