Either way, it wouldn’t stop Lincoln selling him in the January transfer window if they received a bid.

Unfortunately I think Draper is on a banning order so cannot play, Sadler should put Oteh there instead, as long as the useless Matt doesn’t waste a space in the side.

Some of the ironic cheers aimed at Matt from our fans are embarrassing though. I am always one to stick up for Walsall fans but I wish they would give it a rest, it isn’t helping anyone. Draper looks like a player.

Has this actually been confirmed it? I’ve been speaking to a few EFL referees and they seem to think it’s a confusing complicated one.
As the Irish league is classed as “international” does it still carry over?

Although the Irish FA says a 3 match ban for a straight red for dissent.

The red card rolls over whatever league you go into but applies to that leagues rules on how long the red card has left

Forget Comsella, Stirkentee is already an upgrade in the middle and hopefully they will get even better after a few games together under their belts. My main disappointment today was that we didn’t get to see much of Tierney to see where he bests fits in.
Hutch is the main key to our success (or not) in terms of being the creative driving force. Looks like he is looking to add more goals to his game this season too. Who is his backup should he be out for any games?
Foulkes looked OK both defending and going forward at RWB. Still young and raw so needs to be brought in gently rather than sink or swim. Did at least as much as Riley.
Oteh looks promising, Draper even more so.
Still question marks over a few players/positions, but I don’t have any fears about relegation - not sure yet about worrying the top end though.
The real acid test is next week and our first few games in anger. Hoping we hit the ground running, or if we don’t then that MS can at least show he learns from his mistakes. Still got a whole month of the transfer window to go if we need it.
