I don’t think it’s outside the realms of possibility he goes Gordon Daniels Williams and puts Oteh on the left wing back position.
That’s if he’s so wed to the idea.

There’s no suggestion that the club is likely to sign a free agent despite the desperate shortage of players through injury and suspension. A couple of seasons back we could have gone into the loan market to cover this type of problem, but that’s all changed now, and clubs are expected to have a large enough squad before the season starts.
For all the talk of Trivela’s financial input, I haven’t seen any evidence that the playing budget is sufficient to compete at Div 2 level, and the youth set up is miles off being good enough to provide players who can cover for injuries etc.
So it looks like Sadler will have to work with what he’s got.

No I think Oisin will be ok so it’s possible he’ll stay with 3 (Oisin/DD/Williams) but likely he’ll want him in midfield and go with a 4
Personally I hope he goes Riley over Foulkes for now if it’s a 4

Said this all along, it’s just Bonserism tightfistedness mark 2, just with an American accent, nothing has changed on the footballing side at all, just same old, same old.
Apart from us signing DJ, that Sadler obviously doesn’t rate, our recruits have turned out to be average, unexciting, prone to injury also rans in the main.

If Sadler wants to persist with the 352, he needs a defender that can play on the left side. Maybe even needs two defenders now depending how bad Farquharson’s injury is.
For the left sided defender, Joe Walsh maybe?
250 league appearances and played in League 1 last season.

he told me personally he was 2 weeks away from being available for selection about a month ago, so I assume its imminent
Even if he is, he is hardly going to be match fit for a while. If he plays like he did when he was on loan, he will be worth having. Maybe he needs to be told he is playing for his contract.

Sure Sadler said Rollin was a month away in his interview last week.
Remember last season though. Wilkinson and Matt Stevens were both “back” in December but neither were anywhere near until April

Precisely. I would say that the playing budget is no higher, probably lower, than last season! The definition of madness is keep doing the same thing and expecting a different result!
Maybe 6 weeks away when earing is back it will be golden and he will be born to be wild
