Not going to happen

Ben Foster has asked a former Man Utd player to join Wrexham, this would be...
The two players met up once again at Soccer Aid having both played for Manchester United in the past.
Not going to happen
Given most people are saying we’re going to finish 18th or be relegated this coming season, I’d take being a team just outside the top 7 (which we were for a very brief period last season before it all went fools up)!! Tbh, he could be a good addition as a squad player, not necessarily first choice (e.g. DJ) and with the desire to get back playing and performing, should be motivated.
How did we react when Tom Bradshaw first signed? I’m not saying he, or anyone else we may go for, will be a success, but I’m not sure we’re in a position right now to maybe demand all the players we get are of a certain standing or record. If we can’t get ourselves on a list of L2 teams that could potentially sign Jonny Williams, then we need to not set be unrealistic at this stage, I’d say.
Reminds me of Kiernan, top bloke off the pitch which is always to be commended but average by league two standards and coming off a major injury.
That’s what I thought too when I read what he’d said to me.
He is hoping again!!
Off to Swindon i think
I’d take Norman
Very good at league 2 and better than all the rb we have had since
I put a youtube up link last night. The Newport fan on there thought he’d be going up at least a division
Yes but there’s not a chance. Has since gone onto prove the way he was treated here was unfair and holds a grudge. Can’t say I blame him.
Transfer window officially opens today btw
First signing announced tomorrow! Ryan Stirk - lump on!
Whilst I have seen some comments about how well prepared Notts County are and the signing of McGoldrick is a huge one, interesting to note that they lost possibly their most important player of last season, Rodrigues, to Oxford yesterday.
Saw that but Langstaff remains for now so him and McGoldrick will be more than good enough if both stay fit.
That’s really how you do it, lose a key striker and replace them straight away with someone from league above who’s proven.
Off to Swindon i think
Not anymore! Gillingham have hi-jacked the deal at the 11th hour, after Bradford were set to reveal him this afternoon
EDIT: Williams was allegedly in a hotel in Leeds, paid for by Bradford. They had met his wage demands - significantly more than what he was earning at Swindon. Williams notified Bradford that the deal was off last night after interest from Gillingham.
Bradford apparently had sorted temporary housing for Williams and his Family aswell.
Following on from the news that Norman is leaving Newport, it’s interesting to read that they made a whopping £1.2m loss in their latest accounts and the Balance Sheet showed net liabilities of nearly £400k, and they are having to negotiate with creditors, one of whom is owed £500k. That all sounds like a recipe for disaster although the club states that they are “stable”.
I think it could be reasonable to assume that they won’t be very active in the transfer market and could well be down the very bottom end of League Two this next season.
With us.
Another move bites the dust:
EXCLUSIVE: Bombshell news as Jonny Williams snubs #bcafc move at 11th hour for another League Two club … Former Wales international should have been unveiled at Valley Parade this afternoon
Is this a wind up?

Joining Gillingham now
Aaron Pressley wanted by Stockport
You mean Elvis?
