The Chest (aka Cannonball) was my favourite all-time player but I can see the merit in any of the greats mentioned being used. It was the sheer excitement when The Chest had the ball within sight of goal - and for Taylor that was anywhere within 40 yards at least, whence the “Cannonball”. 
Mind you, The Chest Suite or Cannonball Lounge do sound a bit outre

From what was said the other night it will just get a sponsor’s name if and when they find one.
I am in total agreement though anything but Bonser and anyone to do with him.

At the forum all the questions were handled well by Gamble Boycott and Sadler. Whether we liked the answers or not is a different matter.
Except for the Bonser Suite question - Gamble looked flustered and decidedly edgy. As if he couldn’t quite commit to removing the name of his former master. Boycott was much more forthright.
Has to be some reason why that name is still there. Would have been the easiest PR move to get rid.

Probably because it was easier and cheaper to just leave it and not change all the commercial material. Website/advertising etc.
Not saying I agree with it, but it does very much seem like the kind of thing the “old guard” would rule out due to it being more work for them and might cost a few pennies.
During Pomlett’s time (pre-Trivela) when he’d come to some arrangement with Bonser over the future sale of the freehold, it’s likely he didn’t want to pee the leech off too.
